Most routine service visits take about 30–60 minutes, depending on tank size and condition. Setup/installation and deep cleaning visits can take longer — we'll give you a better estimate when we know more about your tank.
Most freshwater tanks do best with maintenance every 2–4 weeks, depending on tank size, bioload, and plant coverage. We'll recommend a schedule that fits your specific setup.
No — we bring our own equipment to every visit. All you need to provide is access to the tank.
We specialize specifically in freshwater tanks — community and planted setups. That focus is what lets us do freshwater care really well.
We accept cash, Apple Cash, and Zelle. Payment is collected after service is completed.
